WHEN ARE ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Brighton Point annual HOA dues are $100 billed by City & Village Tax Office, LLC each December. It is due January 1st and is considered delinquent if not paid by March 1st. The City & Village website offers online payment of your dues. If the assessment is not paid by March, a late fee will be assessed and a lien may be placed on your home.
