Paying annual dues is now easier!

Brighton Point annual dues are $100 billed by City & Village Tax Office, LLC. The City & Village website offers online payment to make paying dues easier and more efficient for residents. For steps on setting up an account, click the PDF button below. After reading the PDF, click the "Make Payment" button to get started. 

 

Please note that the due date for the annual fee is January 1st. If the assessment is not paid by March 1st, a late fee will be assessed, and a lien may be placed on your home.
